Studio Arts Class (Ages 6 and up) weekly class
Designed specifically with homeschool students in mind, the Studio Arts Class provides a fun and engaging space for young artists to explore a diverse range of art-making techniques and materials. More than just an art class, this weekly gathering encourages creativity, social connection, and imaginative play.
Each session blends hands-on art projects with meaningful connections to art history, culture, and the work of Frederic Remington. Students will explore drawing, painting, charcoal, pastel, clay, plaster casting, illustration, and more—building confidence in their creative abilities while learning about different times, places, and artistic traditions.
This class fosters collaboration, conversation, and curiosity. Students are encouraged to express themselves, share ideas, and learn from one another in a welcoming, inclusive environment. With a focus on exploration and experimentation, there’s no “right” way to make art—just an open invitation to try new things and have fun. No artistic experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to create!
